Not all clients have access to their client portal automatically; if you haven't had your client portal set up already, contact Bisonwood at 903-593-2396 or send an email to your advisor requesting access.
If your client portal has already been set up by your advisor, you can reach it through the Bisonwood website at: http://www.bisonwood.com/client-login/.
Once you're on the client login page, click the large 'Proceed to Client Portal' button to proceed to the login prompt. Note: Our client portal is hosted on a secure, third-party site.
At the login prompt, enter the username and password provided by your advisor; then click on the blue 'Sign In' link to be taken into the client portal, where you'll have access to your investment account balances, budgeting and spending tracking tools, an educational library on various financial topics, and your digital document vault.
Having problems?
- If this is your first time logging in, you'll be asked to change your password after you've logged in.
- If you've forgotten your password, simply click the 'Forgot your password?' link at the login prompt. Once you enter your username and email address, your new password will be emailed to you.
- If you're still having issues logging in to your client portal, feel free to contact your representative, who'll be able to look into it further for you.
